My type of shelter is an Anderson shelter which is built in peoples backyards. I used a shoebox with patterned coloured paper. I also put real moss on the top which had giant mutant worms in it!!!! My dad accidentally glued a worm to the box but he rescued it. Outside my shelter I have two piles of sandbags for protection. Inside there are three beds (two kid’s beds and one adult bed). a small couch and table and a mini bedside table. It also has a cuboad filled with books, games and puzzles and cans of food. I also have a big tub of water and a carton of extra food. In my opinion mine is not the best but I am still very pleased with it.
For the landscape learning mangrove activity we had to answer questions: These are the questions I answered Caleb's: Where do mangroves grow? Mangroves grow in any sheltered waters or swamps. Scott's: How many types of mangroves are there? There are 70 known types or species of mangroves. Janith's: How long to mangroves live for? Mangroves usually live for over 100 years.
This is my biopoem:
I wish I could become an animal
Like an eagle
And I dream to become an animal
I am a human
I used to be a human
But now I’m human
I seem to be a human
But im really human
This is some facts about Louis Braille: Louis Braille Born: 4 January 1809 Died: 6 January 1852 (aged 43) Resting place: Paris
When he was 3 he was playing in his fathers’ workshop. The axe he was using hit him in the eye. The infection spread to his other eye and he was soon blind.
